I think we should give credit where it is due, so here goes. At the end of the last trackday season, i bought diamond digital tyre warmers and hel calipers. The week i got my warmers out Snetterton and noticed a couple of cables had started to melt, so taped them up to make do. I messaged diamond on Friday and they were very apologetic and said we'll send a new control unit out first thing Monday morning as they were at Oulton bsb all weekend. Also with the hel calipers, i changed the pads on Friday and noticed one of the grub screws that go in after the pad retaining pins was missing, so called hel at 2.15 Friday afternoon and they sent 4 new ones free of charge that arrived Saturday morning. Very happy
HEL are amazing service. My last crash I wanted the front master checked as it took a bang. Not only did they do it for free but also upgraded the outside "shell" and basically serviced it. All no charge. Top company to deal with.
Yep, when I crashed I needed to change the brake lever and 8 called them up and they emailed me the instructions straight away.
