Grips

  1. Can anyone give me their thoughts on handlebar grips for a 748. I recently purchased one and have never had a sports bike. With the bars pointing slightly down I would like to get some real grippy grips as the sensation of what it currently has is quite slippery and my hands are aching where I feel my hands will slip off and gripping tighter.

  2. DO NOT grip the bars tightly. EVER.

  3. What about pushing the bike when broken? It's a Ducati after all! :Bag:

  4. Round ones (cylindrical) will comfortably fit your grip better than most other shapes.

  5. Look at progrips.

  10. Pro-grips, far better than stock grips and soft enough to allow a decent hold on the bars without being too soft or tacky.

  11. Looks like Pro Grips are getting the nod from all concerned other than Exige! Isnt that a womans car?

  12. You obviously don't know that mine is a pre hairdressers S1 Exige ;) but my other car's a Renault Modus and that most certainly is a woman's car, grannies in fact! Whenever I wave at other people in Modus's they always have purple rinses.

  13. You wave at other cars? Your not a 'wave wank3r' aswell?

  14. All Modus owners wave at each other, I draw the line at waving at the Lotus brigade when in the Exige though! After all, they are usually blokes, at least the Modus always has a female in it, if not a little crusty, still a female :D

You spelt Wanker wrong and as well, as well...

  15. Except, when you are picking the bike up.......
