I have these GT1000 Sport Classic Headers getting in the way: I brought them locally a couple of years ago having had a brain wave that they would not only fit both my 1000SS and my M1000, but would be really easy to modify into a full Spaghetti system with some extra bends welded in to replace the small link pipe. They do fit on the 1000SS, but would need some custom link pipes to the silencers. They do not fit my M1000 because the Monster 1000DS Vert Cylinder exhaust runs further to the rear through a hole in the swingarm rather than being snug to the rear of the engine. Oh, and they are double skinned, so are very difficult to cut up and modify. With that in mind I'd suggest they are suitable for a Sport Classic They are in good overall condition, and both tuning sensor bungs can be removed, they are not seized in place. There is also a Bung to blank off the Lambda sensor hole. I'm assuming a previous owner had similar ideas to myself. I really don't want to post them, but will as long as the buyer understands it will take me a few days to do so and the cost will be an additional @£15. Otherwise they can be collected from Clanfield Hants for £80
MDundee Sorry just seen this. Did you notice I'm in Clanfield, Hants, not Clanfield, Oxfordshire? There is a big difference in the distance from Banbury.
aha I did think Google sounded optimistic! If you’re not in a huge rush to get them out of your way I’m still interested I can figure collection somehow, or I can just pay the postage?
