Anyone have anything they love to wear behind closed doors, but wouldn't wear out on the street? Onesie aside, I have an old pair of lambskin leather jeans which I find super comfortable for curling up on the sofa in, teamed up with a hoodie or chunky jumper.. Doesn't look to 'village people' but I wouldn't wear them outside the house. Anyone else got something you can't bear to part with, but wouldn't be seen in public wearing?
If I'm wearing a pair of long baggy shorts I wear a pair of plain black lycra shorts underneath for 'security' - they aren't visible though. This is especially useful on the beach where they prevent sand getting in places it shouldn't. If you fancy a splash in the sea you can whip the baggies off and jump in the water wearing them. When you get out they dry very quickly, too.
When I was in my teens I had a pair of loafers which I thought were great and they were actually in fashion. Couple of years back I actually saw a pair of loafers with tasseles on the loakes Web site so I thought fm I will have me a pair a re live my youth . Also thought I would wear them to work, make a statement. What a mistake. The piss taking was relentless and continues to this day. They are back in the box and in the loft and only bought out when I'm home alone and fancy a bit of moon walking.

i dont think i got anything id wear in the house that i wouldnt wear out, but im sure ill be proved wrong soon i have got an old vest top somewhere that last time i wore i looked pregnant, ill have to dig it out
What I have never understood is that leather is a normal material for a lot of men's items such as shoes, gloves, brief cases, and jackets but away from motorcycle clothing leather jeans are considered a bit odd.....
A decent pair of leather jeans are expensive, and very comfortable. Mine cost me £100 five years ago. Lambskin is recommend for men, its quite fine grained and not too shiny.
Well maybe a bit rock and roll? I have to fess up to wearing pink shorts around the house, but wouldn't be seen dead outside in them.
My contention is that no-one looks good in leather trousers unless....... 1) They are female. 2) They are riding a motorcycle. Or.. 3) They are female and have recently ridden a motorcycle. I could be wrong.....
