  1. I have to sell a guitar left to me and have no idea where to start can anyone guide me please
It's brand new telecaster not sure of the exact details and a vox amp
It has a hard case with it

  2. eBay, gumtree, free ads the choice is endless.

  3. Someone left you a Tele (a real Fender I presume) and a Vox and you want to sell them???
That's just wrong. You should start learning to play. Easily as much fun as riding the bike.

  4. Pm me the details and I will try and give you an idea of value. There are a lot of different Telecaster and huge difference in values.

  5. Peeps may not want to buy it as there may be strings attached.

  6. I aksed a friend of mine who has 'a few' guitars and he said:

Ebay is probably as good a place as any, or there is a place I sometimes look
Used Guitars For Sale - UK guitar forum for guitar shops, guitar dealers, guitar reviews, guitar technicians, guitar tuition and more

On the question of price, it depends on what it is!! Is it a FENDER telecaster or another make (copy). If it is Fender, is it American made, or Japanese, or Mexican, or Korean etc etc.?
What sort of condition is it?
What model Vox amp is it?

He also said that if it's a Fender, he might be interested himself - so feel free to PM me the details once you know them.
    Cheers

  7. I could potentially be in the market for a Telecaster.
I already have a Vox AC30 amp - it is sublime.

Put up some photos of all this stuff so we can have a look.
    Thanks!

  8. Agreed. Tele + Vox AC30 = match made in heaven.

  9. I have some guitar stuff that I can dispose of.........F knows what though........

There are two pedals (Fuzz and compressor, I think) plus a black flat-ish box with lots of knobs on it which alters tone etc etc.......and some leads.....

Give me a while and I'll get the details...... (I don't like lofts.....there are wasps up there).....

Just about to sell my huge drum kit as well (10 drums + everything else)..... Definitely can't use it now since having had the respiratory problem develop.....

    AL....

  10. My daughter is wanting to sell her Gibson Les Paul - she won the guitar at Music Live in 2010 I think!
To buy new would have been about £2000.
Also came with a hard case.
Anyone interested, just ask. We are open to offers. Pics available.
Its only been played a couple of times by a close friend so really needs a home where it will get used.

  11. Didn't get stung.....so here's what I have found....

    ROCKTEK Compressor COR 01 Pedal
    DOD Classic Tube Pedal FX53
    FOSTEX REVERB UNIT Model 3180

    Well....I dunno what they do.......

Plus a couple of leads with the larger jack plugs......One is a long well insulated one which I suspect is guitar lead.

    AL.

  12. Will sort some pics out later

  13. I hope we get lots of pix up here. Looking at pix of guitars is just as interesting - almost more interesting....er.... than pix of bikes.

Re the Les Paul: no binding it's probably a Studio, single binding it's a Standard, double binding it's a Custom. Prices vary accordingly!

    Keep it coming!

  14. OK the Les Paul is a GT model Number LPGTOGCH.
All the pictures are here: ->

  15. That's a beautiful guitar. How could you not either play it or learn to play it?
    It's a tragedeeeeeeeee!

  16. it must be 12 months since ive taken my james goodall AKGC out of its case - must start playing (or trying to) again ?

  17. Thats a nice looking tele, with a 5 hole scratch plate its some kind of vintage reissue,(unless the plate has been replaced and there's more screw holes in the body). You need to find out where it was made, this can be determined by the serial number lettering. They are made in USA, Mexico, and the far east and the value varies considerably.

  18. It's Mexican
