Has anyone tried any aftermarket mirrors that allow for height adjustment? I've adjusted the handlebar angle to suit my riding position and I'm now tackling the shit oem mirrors. Rizoma are usually a good shout, but obvious question time: Are you aware of the bolt on the underside of the mirror? It’s behind a cover and gives your more adjustment.
I am indeed, but it simply doesn't give enough adjustment, even with the bars in factory position. Just to be clear, we're talking of the bolt behind the clip cover at the bottom of the mirror housing?
That’s the fella. I’m surprised though, mine were never great but once I’d used that method to adjust, they were good. Good for motorbike mirrors anyways!
Yea, not a chance, they are at the lowest position. The factory bar angle is just too low for a taller rider. I've ordered those mirrors and will report back. At least the bars feel a lot more comfortable now and more aggressive.
