V4 Hard Time Getting The Rider Seat Off The V4

  1. Anyone else finding it difficult removing the rider seat of the V4 multi, to be specific the two round locking tabs at the rear of seat. Should not have to require the use of pliers surly

  2. Push down and twist, 1/4 turn from memory? Mine seem to undo themselves they are that easy to turn.

  3. They need a 90 degree turn to release, but lining them up can be tricky at first, definitely not needed any pliers! Make sure the front is fully seated in the slots at the tank end before trying to lock them back in or they will be hard to line up and get the tabs to turn.

  4. Mine were quite hard to turn when brand new, but they seem fine now after a few seat on and offs. You definitely need to make sure the seat is pushed firmly down

  5. agreed they are a PITA. undo easy enough but one of mine is a pig to do up again :(
