Has anyone fitted the Zero Gravity touring screen?

  1. I am tempted to get one, anyone any experience of said screen?

  2. Yep just fitted one about 3 weeks ago, light smoked, 50 mm taller touring screen. Lifts the wind blast up and over me a treat.

  3. Thanks for that. How tall are you btw? Do you have any pictures?

  4. Yes, don't do it, I'm currently on the moon!!!

  5. Then you will know that the gravity on the moon is 83.3% of the gravity on Earth, not zero. You are clearly a luna(r)tic.

  6. 6' 2" And actually i would still be this tall on the moon. Don't think the bike would run too well up there though.

The standard screen was fine for me. I bought it because i had the seat remodelled to give the wife more padding and a better angle for her hips. While i was at it i thought it might be nice to add an inch more foam to my part of the seat.
This put me just above where the standard screen was most effective so i had to get a taller one to compensate, all good again now.

  7. I fitted one to my ST4s - it was great up to 75mph but after that I got really bad turbulence from the screen, felt like someone had got hold of my lid and was shaking it from side to side so it didn't stay for long.

Having said that, I sold it to a guy on Ducatisti and he really liked it.

A big thing with screens is rider size / height and riding position - you've can only rely on other folks verdicts to a degree.....
