First off, I'm quite pleased at the moment, so if anyone has some horror stories about these folk, erm, could you just keep 'em to yourselves for a bit? Please. Just taken out fully comp on my 998 FE, 5 years no claims, £200 all in. Rather pleased with that. Even declared carbon termis and other carbon bling.:biggrin::biggrin: Seems odd that no insurance company recognise the FE? So even got them to check that heaven forbid something happens, then I will get the true value of an FE compared to the base 'S'. Hopefully I'll not have to test how they are in a claim.
I've been fairly pleased with them for a few years, both on a car front and aslightly complicated multiple bike front. Helpful and competitive, albeit yet to put the to the ultimate test -claiming. Which I hope never to do!!
I have been with them for a few years, quite a good deal, had a 2 bike policy. Although this year had to chase them up twice on the break-down cover. No tel phone, no documents with new policy.
