My shop was contacted by a supposed Belgian (according to the phone number) with an English name but who is a French speaker, for an offer for about £1.8m worth of expensive hi-fi to equip luxury properties around the world. Too good to be true? Yes. We made web investigations and found it was a complete scam. Here is their website which is truly hilarious. Check out the photos of the house in the centre of Liverpool with palm trees, or the mountain and sea views you get from Central London. You might also appreciate the tower project in the centre of historic Oxford. There are no foreign properties, but as there are no real properties either, it hardly matters. Their company address is shared by 38’000 other companies (count ‘em). They do exist as a company but since one year ago, unlike the many years they purport to be trading. I don’t know how their scam is supposed to work, but some effort has been put into it. Have a laugh at their expense. Needless to say, we won't be going to Rome airport to discuss the deal with the principal which is what they have been trying to set up.
They seem to have spent an awful lot of time and effort creating a (seemingly credible) website. Surely they cannot believe that people will fall for that rubbish? FFS they can't even spell the names of some of these places.
Brilliant! How how about this London penthouse which is so high, you get a sea view! Penthouse - City of London - Balconies of the River IV - Bellview Properties
As has been pointed out to me, you can get all sorts of cheap website building done in India for threepence. The site is also powered by templates provided by a company who provides the nuts and bolts for property websites. I suppose after that you just need some graphic skills and then you download stock shots from Stock Photos, Royalty-Free Images and Vectors - Shutterstock (which is where they got the photos). Maybe if you are in India, you might think that Merseyside residences do have extensive gardens with palm trees... Or maybe you are paid so little you can't be arsed to make it credible.

I love the 4 bed detached house in Greenwich for just 550K....dream on. And with white cliffs on the mountains in the view over the garden....may be it's the South Downs.

Government 'snubs' North-East business leaders on India trade mission (From The Northern Echo) just saying. teehee.
Oh dear. They didn't get yo go on a subsidised jolly. Cos that's all they are. I've been on one and that's all that was. Complete waste of company and government cash.
Its the shot of a harbour on the birmingham properties which, right below, shows the location on a map in the middle of the country How stupid would you have to be to give them any money?!
