Yep was thinking the same, great idea and honestly seems like cool ide for any bike .... but such little thing makes such great difference!
I think it is to enable the rider to maintain his balance from a standing start, until sufficient speed had been achieved at which point he can lift up the jockey wheel. Fair play to the guy, excellent piece of kit.
Yep, looks like air retractable stabilizers to me, must wait until hes got enough speed up to maintain balance then lift 'em up, brilliant!
Appears to be a four-wheeled vehicle while at rest, converting to a two-wheeled vehicle as it goes along. If on a public road, what sort of driving license would that need, I wonder?
it's using two electric linear actuators. Like the things that make tellies appear from beds. Clever.

I saw something similar a few years back on TV. It was a gold wing thing and the jockey wheels were on the side forward of the footrests. They worked automatically as the speed dropped or increased
