Jesus!!!! I've been in a stuffed up ,hot,sneezing itchy bag of shite all day ...1x antihistamine a day ....I've had four now ......went out with emm up the A57 snake via Holme moss ...fluffed corners, missed gears,no concentration ......in short I was passed by everything in fact I was in danger of getting mugged by cyclists......emm however was all over it , loads of dukers out and I apologise now for getting in anyone's way but in short I felt like shite so rode like shite .........
When hay fever is really bad, I take a cetirizine tablet in the morning and a loratadine tablet in the evening. Works for me!
