1199 Hazard Light Use

Discussion in 'Panigale' started by Ferrarispider, Dec 30, 2020.

  1. Any one found them useful on your panigale?

  2. are they on the v4??

  3. I have no idea mate, but I bet they might. Although even after a search on Google or forums come up with nothing regarding this.
I also bet you a lot of panigale 1199 owners dont know they have it either ;) I asked the question because I was wondering what set of circumstances would they be used on a superbike.
Here is the best way to check. Turn ignition on, hold the indicator switch to the left for 3 seconds.. ....Hazards!!
Now I have posted this, all panigale owners are running to there garages to discover it :D
Then they will make out they knew all the time and ignore this thread ;)
I know how forums work lol

  13. And yet it seems no one has read it ey ;)
There seems to be nothing on it out there. So maybe my video will help far more out there than the manual.
When you do find it I the owners manual , be sure to let us know.
Although now that horse has bolted.
EDIT. There seems to be a few things about the panigale that over time have been discovered or brought to light.
For example it was last year when I posted that the panigale 1199 R tank was not raw aluminium on the top but brushed aluminium paint. The majority of panigale owners swore it was raw aluminium, until i uncovered it was paint. Another owner on here asked about what paint code it was, the responses he got was its aluminium not paint. But I confirmed it was indeed brushed paint effect. I know of two 1199R owners who also checked after I told them and they to confirmed it was paint. Which begs the question, did Ducati continue to use the paint effect on the 1299R or even the V4R? Or did they do the raw aluminium as they pitched there sale pitch on?
It must be an italian thing.

  16. You’d think this would be the first thing a Ducati owner would learn
