Can anyone enlighten me as to exactly where the headlight adjustment screw is on the 1260 please, and how to get to it. The handbook has a basic illustration showing where it is supposed to be, but I can't for the life of me find it. Maybe panels have to come off? Or perhaps I'm just missing the obvious! Cheers
I am sure it is exactly the same as the 1200 dvt and it is a 13mm hex adjuster accessed from under the steering head area. You can spot it with a torch. Also fairly sure, that if you are turning it clockwise, it is lowering the beam. In my case I cannot get it low enough and on the very rare occasion I ride it at night, I am just pissing everyone off by dazzling them. Hope yours is better than that...
