while removing the nose come today to fit track fairings the front bolts was loose and just turning. Turns out the tab mounting to the headlight must have been over tightened in the factory and was broken. There were shards of plastic in a few nooks and crannies so had obviously been like this for some time and this is the first time the nose come has been removed. Bloody annoying.
