Hi Does anyone know of a heat resistant bright silver metallic please.. I've looked at hammerite but it would appear it's not heat resistant.. I thought halfords might do some but can't see any..
What temperature ? Hammerite advertise high heat resistant paint up to 600 degrees C and a place called Fires 'n Flames do a pewter coloured paint resistant to 650 degrees C designed for flues. Andy
Oh.. That's good.. Basically for cylinder heads etc.. I've got a nice metallic silver from hamerite, but it says nothing about temperature..
Noods, google hammerite to find the special cans which Halfords advertise. Basic hammerite whilst it sticks like s**t to a blanket it won't do what you want. Andy
