So they finally arrived but they will have to go back.... a bit disappointed but they just dont fit right.. the fingers are fine but they feel short in palm so back to the drawing board.... its either dainese or astars....
so i just went to on yer bike and tried on the following - furygan fit r - astars gp tech - dainese carbon d1 - dainese druids st of the lot the astars felt the best and then the druids. i am however not impressed at the quality of the construction so will be investigating following recommendation a brand called five and also arc on i may end up buying a pair as a stop gap until i find the perfect glove that fits like a glove
Snells at Alton are a Five stockist and they are currently looking after my next pair of gloves for me . Andy
so i was about to order the five rfx 1 and the spidi carbo 3 and then speaking to a guy that sells five these bad boys popped up kushitani-uk the chap i spoke to is an ardent track warrior and explained how his hands clad in the race gloves were unscathed after a big off. needless to say im going to get a pair - good to see they have some dedicated uk distribution!
Yes nice looking glove, shame they don't go bigger than UK XL. That was the one thing with Five, they cater for people like me with big hands - cue pictures of foam hands :Facepalm:. Andy
So im down for a pair had a chat with the MD and looks like they are about to open a shop too... just fired up the beast for the first time in my ownership... i need to change my pants now
