Good evening, afternoon and good morning... I recently bought an 11 plate Multistrada 1200 s Touring a fantastic ride, my last bike was a CBR 1100 xx Blackbird very fast but not as much fun as the Multi... I feel so much more at home on the Multi, and it goes like stink up to a ton 30... I love the way the front wheel wants to become airbourne... and the handling is superb... anyway hello everyone, I look forward to getting to know some of you
Welcome. I was down your way on Sunday. Took my Multi from near London to Exeter for lunch and back. 350 mile round trip in the sunshine  and now it is ready for its first service. Can't wait to be able to open it up!.
I am in Cullompton... there are some good roads around north Devon if you ever fancy a Sunday afternoon bimble
Oh yes, I'd be up for that! I only moved to Devon earlier this year and haven't learnt the area yet. I'm down in Newton Abbot, so we should plan something for when the sun comes out
Got to be done... they are so comfortable, I hope you enjoyed it, I guess you took the A303. I am off to Manchester north on Friday hopefully it will stop raining at some point.
My home town. Family and kids still there. I'll be down on the bike regularly so may get to meet up. My favourite route is Newton, Ashburton, Princetown, Plymouth, South Hams to Dartmouth, cross the ferry to Kingswear then coast road Paignton, Torquay, Teignmouth and back to Newton. I'm envious already.......may have to move back down
what time did you leave for Exeter Tony? 3 of us went to the meet near Salisbury that morning! I got carb icing a few times.
On the road at quarter to eight. Temperature gauge was reading zero most of the way down but hit a high of nine later in the day. Came back up A35, A31, M27, M3. I knew there was a Monster meet but didn't see any on the roads.
That sounds like a good run, don't know that route. I know some good roads north Devon way as I did loads of rider training there. Winkleigh, Torrington, South Molton, Blackmore gate, Bideford... lovely area... let me know when you are up this way by all means
