Hi Everyone, I'm Daryl I'm 56 originally from North Yorkshire but I've lived in various parts of the UK and spent 3 years in New Zealand. I've been riding bikes since I was 14 and bought my first Ducati a GT1000 this year. I'll be making a few changes to it and I've already fitted a pair of Triumph 1200 silencers as the originals we're trashed, are very heavy and a little too retro for me, one of the original rear shocks had blown so I've fitted an aftermarket set. The indicators we're broken so I've fitted a set of Triumph LED units as the originals are a. expensive and b. on back order bit of a Triumph theme to the replacement parts but they're plentiful and the bits are cheap. So far I'm loving it as it's easy to ride and a lot more relaxed than the Aprilia Milluono (Mille converted to Tuono) I've been riding for the past 15 years. Cheers Daryl

Hi cookster, thank you Hi cookster, thank you, is there anyone on here who's good with reprogramming the magneti marelli ecus/gauges my GT is a jap import so currently kmh only I've put a set of mph inserts from a monster in but I'd like to have the odometer in miles. I'm just after some advice, I can connect but so far I haven't found what I need to change Cheers Daryl
Hi Expat Jack, I reckon the Mucklowes were created to stop people believing what the Times keeps saying about the Cotswolds being the best place to live so we can keep it for ourselves
Not sure if Tim can do that with his Kit @cookster ? There’s a ducati specialist in Cheltenham, Motovation, who may have the kit.
