greetings all Ducati riders. I recently joined the forum because there is greater knowledge on the worlds best bikes (ducatis)in the UK. My recent purchase is a 07 749r. I was lucky enough to get it all original with only 3800 kilometers on the clock. Its a mint ride and beats my previous R1 hands down.
Just a note as well. I am keen to find a full set of carbon fairings and termi exhaust system if somebody knows someone selling them.
There is a 749/999R/749R bitsa on UK Ebay at the moment - probably won't meet the reserve and the guy says he will break it if it doesn't. Might be worth messaging him as it has 749R Carbon Bodywork. Welcome to the forum

Hi, I'm in the outer suburbs of Auckland, works really well for getting out and going for a ride around the Coromandel when traffic and work have become to much. The bike took some time to find so thanks I'm really happy with it.
Coulours aside, That looks really good, did you build it up as a project? The fairing combination works well.
the 748 748 was rebuilt by me, the 749 bought as is. im from the outskirts of auckland also, other side to you by the sound of things, Taupaki, west auckland... thats if its still there! not been home in a while!!!
