Hello all, Joined this forum a few days ago. I've joined the UK forums (if they exist) for most of the bikes I own. I enjoy reading the differing perspectives from those here at home and the ideas offered. In addition, I tour on all my bikes and set them up accordingly. My recent new to me SFV4 won't be spared the ugly stick. When I'm done, I'll post some photos of the sacrilege. Anyway, hello and happy riding.

I live near the border of Riverside/San Diego County. Wonderful riding right out of my drive-way and into North (San Diego) County. Always amazes me that during the week, 50 miles from a city with millions of people, the good roads are empty. Same goes for the roads West/East of LA County.
SoCal is sort of used here to denote the area roughly from a line East at Santa Barbara and South to the Mexican border. California gets a lot of bad press (some deservedly so) for its politics, taxes, crime and cost of living. But it's got thousands of miles of fantastic moto roads and the weather to enjoy them year round.
