Hi, let me introduce myself. I'm a Ducati fan from the day I owned a drivers license. but somehow always ended up on other bikes like Gixxer, Blade, Ninja. then I test rode my first L-twin: SV1000S, and I was sold to the strong 2 cilinder motor! after having a family I decided to calm down a little bit and tested the 1200 GS (borring), Multistrada (great but expensive), KTM (fun!), and Aprilia Caponord (most value for money). bought the Aprilia in 2014, and after having it shipped back and fort to my dealer with multiple problems I decided to save all my money to be able to finally buy a Duc Then Ducati decided to introduce the Multi DVT, and after a test drive I loved it so much that I had to buy one. must admit that the low end dip and hesitation in 2nd gear is annoying, and the scratches on the dash are also a disappointment for this kind of money . but they cannot match the pleasure I have driving it. I was in contact with Rexxer, and they are almost finished with their software to do a remap, so the 'dip' wil be solved after the winter. only hope Ducati will do a warranty replacement for the dash. now is winter time, so Multi is hibernating, and I'm reading all the stories here
ahhhh.. almost forgot my modifications 1) did paint the panniers to the CORRECT colour 2) did powdercoat the engine guard matt black
