Hello To all on here

  1. Hello all

    I have been a lurker on here for about 3 months now and thought its time i joined as a Ducati is next in the garage, usual story i saw the 916 when they first came out at a big bike meet near Ongar in Essex many moons ago and the seed was planted.

    Its been 8 years since i have owned a 4 stroke (zxr750) but i have always had 2 stroke bikes at the moment i am rebuilding a Kawasaki Kh250 and also have a Yamaha 350lc/rgv hybrid and have just sold my kawasaki Kr1s which has gone into the Ducati fund.

    Got an eye on an 848 at a local bike shop but i think he is asking a tad to much but have put an offer in for him to think about fingers crossed.

    I have been reading a lot of post's for information on what to look for so thanks all for that.

  5. Welcome. If the offer goes tits up there are usually good looking 848s on flea bay.

    Had this for 6 years and figured if i can ride this i should be able to fit a Ducati :smile:
