  10. Thanks for the welcome guys. It's the 1199 - I took a test ride on the 899 and absolutely loved it, but fancied the extra bits like the single swing arm etc. Plenty of room, nice and progressive and a smoother ride that my old KTM. Love the idea of all the electronic trickery, it's the first bike that I've owned that has all of that sort of stuff. Cant wait for some dry days!!

  14. I'm off to Bristol on Sunday so I am praying it stays dry. I hate riding in the rain, it means I have to do a deep clean wash of the bike afterwards. Plus its likely to be dark and with shitty ducati lights and my bad night vision it makes it a chore. Looking forward to the journey home after the bike has been set up though.
