Hi Guys.. Just in case anyone has seen a strange name floating around whilst logged in.! New to MTS 1200 but had couple of Ducs in the past, namely a 1098, which I loved and an 1199 Panigale, which I absolutely hated Now on an MTS as a promise to my my wife not to buy another sports bike after a nearly-the-big-one accident last Sept. Hoping I can pick up some info and be part of the scene. Been on bikes since 1981, owned, crashed, thrashed nearly 100 bikes over that time and raced 3 years in the early 90's. Work in Em. services. (Not police!) I look forward to learning from the knowledgeable.!
Yes I did......and a C50 but best of all was a C70 with CD175 carb and trick(ish) exhaust. Good for near 75mph !
It may be easier to ask and see if I had what you may be interested in. Too many to list but since 2003 i've had 5 R1's, a 1098, 1200 GS Adv, Tiger 1050, '74 CB450 DOHC Twin (still got), 1199 Pani S, KTM1290 Superduke R, 600 Hornet, 900 Hornet, GPZ550, 6 Monkey bikes (sold 5 to mates), my MTS1200, Africa twin, Transalp, CBR600, W600 Kawasaki, that's all I can remeber at present.
