Hello,bought 1999 748 2 weeks ago,great bike,up until 2 years ago i had n't had a bike for about 12 years.bought Kawasaki zrx 1200,it was alright but a bit too big,heavy? and cumbersome.I wanted a 748 years ago when they first came out but could n't afford a new one.The bike i v'e got now is in fairly good nick,standard apart from Termignoni pipes,sounds great.I hope to be able to do any work on it myself so will be looking on here for any advice and tips.I;ve striped and re built loads of scooters over the years but never done much on a 4 stroke engine.From what read on the forum already there seems to be some really knowledgeable owners on here so hopefully i'll be able manage most things. cheers Paul.
