Hello, my name is Chris and I live in South Devon. Had a few bikes in the past,, ranging from an SV650 through to an R1. Currently ride a Street Triple which I love, however I have an itch for another sports bike and love the look of the Panigale. Anyways, the Wife has amazingly agreed to me keeping the Street and also buy an 899, so I am currently looking for one. Not in any great rush to buy one as winter is around the corner. Just keeping my eyes out for a lower mileage, well looked after bike, with or without a few subtle mods.
Thanks for the welcome. Picked up a white 899 on Monday. Had to drive to Kent to get it (12 hour round trip!), long day but well worth it. Been out a few times in between the severe weather warnings and I absolutely love it. It had a couple of carbon bits, seat cowl and tailtidy. I've added the dark screen and some LED bulbs. My only other plans are carbon heel guards and throttle spacer mod.
