    Thanks

  2. Are you getting ferry?? Can you buy sealant in a can and at least get on ferry back to uk?? Easier to buy tyre and Ducati assist will take you home perhaps???

  3. Just for info - good Ducati dealer in Bilbao, but Spanish speaking only, the local Suzuki dealer has good English and was very helpful.

The upshot was I rode with the Ducati toolkit tyre plug in place and pressure maintained fully for 1200 miles, but will change tyre soon.

Michelin PR3 are great in the wet but seem to be a very soft compound, and after riding over patch repairs to the road on the Col de la Tourmalet, the rear tyre had 3 small chunks of gravel embedded in the tyre. One had caused a puncture, the others just superficial holes. This was quite a nuisance and I have never seen anything like this before.
