Hi guys, Four of us Aussies are coming over in June for your Isle of Man races & the Silverstone Moto GP. Up until yesterday we had free accomodation sorted on the Isle, but that has been taken away from us, & we are buggered without some help. Can any of you put us in touch with someone or some where that can put us up for the week? We are happy to pay our way, but being so late, bookings are scarce. Thanks in advance Craig I posted this in the UK Section of Ducati.MS & one of your members suggested I post it here, I do hope someone can help us
Hmmm - have you got your transport to the Island sorted? Either by boat or plane you will want to have got that organised by now?
Like Ken says, if you don't have transport to and from the Island sorted already then your chances are pretty much buggered anyway. If you are sorted for transport, then posting the dates of your travel to and fro would be useful for anyone offering to help. Two very contrasting events in my opinion, TT is as close to the action as you can get, and Silverstone is as far away from the track as you can get while still having to pay for the privilege. Hope to see you on the Island. You will definitely not see me at Silverstone, I hate the place. Only been to the GP there once, Gardner won in the pouring rain on a Rothmans NSR500.
