Help Putting A Value On 916 Marchesini Wheels?

  1. I’ve a pair of Marchesini wheels with decent tyres I plan to sell. I obviously could put them on eBay and let them find their natural value but I’d rather offer them on here first, but don’t know how much to put them on for.

    They are mint condition, dark grey colour and alloy, not mag.

    Any help appreciated!

  2. I sold some a couple of years back for £400 IIRC.
    As a guideline, £400 is cheap (mates rates) and £500/£550 is the norm. Hope this helps...

  4. I paid £450 about four years ago for a pair of five spoke freshly painted rims, no tyres.

  6. I've seen them at £750 with small chips on Ebay from the Netherlands Ducati Parts seller - and they sold.
    I have 2 sets both with small marks but undamaged and I would sell one set for £550, the other set I will paint black for my Yellow 998 for when I take the mag wheels off to sell separate. If mint and standard colour they are worth more than the older prices mentioned above and more than Post #5 says (the tight Wad!) :):upyeah:

  9. I bought a pair six months ago, black, small scratch on one but nothing that wouldn't touch up easily) £300. I paid asking price - no haggling.
