  1. Azzhole cartel of huge corporate fat cats that are morally indefensible in their decision making, greedy to the point that is unacceptable, and because they monopolise the industry, they continue to rip normal people off. Mind you, the government isn't much better with the fees they charge them in the so called need for green energy.

Labour are dimwits with ill thought out ideas as well...

  2. SSE............. they do make oi laff. In the not too distant past I worked on a SSE funded (£30m) project. It failed. Now mothballed. Sorry :frown:

  3. There is no coherent energy policy.

    Build nuclear power stations, fast.

  4. All these energy companies are the same, jumping cheap will just be case of trying to find the lesser of an evil.

Im with SSC and TBH I cant see me farting about swapping around for the sake of £100 a year only to be bummed 12 months after that. Me and Mrs C will just sit in the dark with heavy coats on to beat the fuckers

  5. all they are doing is pre-empting the inevitable wholesale gas price hike from the Russians as soon as winter strikes...

  6. If the wholesale price of energy goes up that has to be passed on ,if they don't,they won't be able to supply.Their margins are less than percentage government take so who really are the greedy ones.Let's not discuss the government take on petrol and derv in comparison as the sales of razor blade will escalate.

  7. 8 fooking percent!

  8. Quite appropriate me reading this as I sit here with my fleece and wooly hat on.:rolleyes:And i'm not kidding.

  9. Hell, its not just gas! Just been for a small weekly shop and shocked at the price of basics like bread, eggs and alcohol ;)

  10. You want to up your game!
