i wonder if Brads had not jumped so soon ( not blaming him ) would he have got the seat with Yamaha ?
Is he on about Rin's possibly rather than Bradley and Pol? I know Yamaha are/were keen to sign Rin's but he has stated on a few occasions that he only wants a factory ride if he moves up to the premier class. The only option for Yamaha would be to put him on a factory contract (similar to what Pol was on) with the promise of moving up to the factory squad in a couple of years, taking into account performance and results.
I think it was smart from Brad to sign with KTM so early as going on his results so far it wouldn't warrant keeping his tech 3 ride. I know Herve likes Brad but i think for the next seat Yamaha would have more of an influence on who is going to fill it as they see Tech 3 as a feeder team to factory squad, or want it to work more like that.
