I'm looking for my first Ducati............... I always wanted a Ducati Sports bike, but never did get one. But I now want to go touring (with the wife) so I don't think a 848 or a 1098 is suitable.......... Unfortunately!:rage: So I'm looking at a 2010/11 Multistrada, I'd like some info on what to look out for when buying one, I'm sure the question will have been asked previously so I'll do a search now.
Hello All, All I can say about trying to find info is that you either luv em or hate them! I've never been interested in a bike / manufacturer that polarises the way the MTS does! So I let my heart rule my head and I've taken the plunge and got a WHITE one.......... apparently they're faster! Within the first 10 mile I thought I'd fek'd it! Sticking exhaust valve anyone!! lol
Good choice ... well worth fitting a Termi for the sound. Initially, I had problems with it surging, but that was fixed by the dealer. Great track bike as well and super comfy on long trips. I did 15,000+ miles in 9 months commuting (but get some heated grips if your hands freeze like mine do)
