My name's Bill. I am a U.S. Army veteran. I have worked aboard a commercial fishing vessel on the Bering Sea in December. I have many hobbies. I been riding motorcycles of all kinds for most of the 47 years I've been alive and I must say that my 2006 999 is the best handling bike I've ever owned. I know that everyone who reads this has a machine in mind that fit his or herself and their riding style. For many years I considered my old 1981 Kawasaki GpZ 550 to be the perfect motorcycle for me until I acquired my 999. I joined this forum because I had a small mechanical problem with my bike that I've been able to fix, thanks to the mad writings of my fellow riders. Thanks for reading this.
