Hello! I’ve been reading this forum for some time as the one in Spain (where I’m from) seems to be not as alive as I wish. I own a late 06 749 biposto, bought new on december, and after all that time I still turn to look at her when I park. The bike I really loved was the 916 family, and hated the 999... till I saw it for the first time in the street in 2004. Nothing to do with pictures! Since then, I worked till I could buy one when it was out of production. Now I’m looking for a 54mm symmetric system, which seems to be hard to find. If anyone has one for sale, please contact me. Thanks everybody for the welcome! Reading now what I wrote I realized is confusing... I bought the bike new back in December 2006. I felt in love with her since I saw it in 2004. 15 years after it still looks modern and impressive! What a design!
