G'day fellow forum members - recently picked up an immaculate 2007 ST3s, my first Ducati. The poor guy who initially purchased it got ill & passed away after doing about 1500km on it. His wife kept it for 10 years then sold it to me. After a major service including new belts, tyres etc, put some Spark stainless & carbon fibre mufflers on her with a K&N airfilter. She definitely runs a bit lean now, which I need to get sorted. Helibars were a must, as I came off a KTM 950 Adventure. The pegs are still too high for me, got some brackets to lower them but the pegs contact the mufflers - works fine with the panniers installed. Hope you're all well Nick
Welcome, matey. I thought about an ST3 when they first came out but never pulled the trigger. Let us know what you think of it after you've had the chance to give it an extended run. Brisbane - that's in the New Zealand part of Australia, right?
