  1. Hi chaps seems the week for newbies from the M5 corridor so thought I'd chime in.

On my first Ducati, SC1000S bought second hand in 09 from original owner with 900 miles showing on the clock. Have been slowly modifying it ever since. Not my main/commuter bike so it doesn't get the miles it should, which makes me think about selling each year at this time. Then I get it out a ready for spring and remember how BEAUTIFUL it is and promptly change my mind! Here is a pick from start of last season, since then she has received a dry clutch conversion and magnesium covers from NCR. Slowly getting there.

Looking forward to some great rides on it this season.

  10. Yes I do prefer it. Great noise, Great looks, slipper, lighter...

does it make me faster...no to slow to begin with
is it better in operation than wet......no
does the slipper make a huge difference..no see point 1....but it is cool

    thanks for the general comments!

  13. Thanks Chaps, already had Bristol penciled in. There is a buddy of mine Chipping Norton way that I was planning to travel down with.

Prescott will be tougher as that's a big family day.

We should maybe hook up for a ride out or for the italian fest and travel as a group.

    Cheers
