Hi - just wanted to say hello as another newbie to the forum. Had mine for more years than I care to remember ( showing my age ). Only ever had 1 thing go wrong with it - wiring fault of course - so thought it would be proof positive that they don't always have problems ! Safe riding and welcome to the club - which always makes me smile about how friendly it is
Great chassis mate - truly. Take your time to learn it, really learn it, then just throw progressively bigger motors and better suspension as your ability dictates. The best Ducati chassis (once sorted) imho. Fkrs can feel like a 250 on super-steroids if you get em right. (xx9 chassis plus required mods - search 'Section 8 ducati 999' or similar) It's what the Ducati race teams used, this little shop just copied them and became known on this internet for posting the settings, basically.
