New member intro - 1200s Multistrada 2017, had it just over a year. Absolutely love the bike. Front suspension issues, plus other niggling ones.
Welcome to the forum. You are aware that the front suspension preload comes from the factory wound practically all the way out? This subject is covered elsewhere here. Only discovered this myself after about a year of ownership, transformed the front end.
Chrome on stanchions was flaking away on the electronic side. Had a new one fitted. Doesn't feel right. Right hand stanchion chrome chipped.
Hi Bumpkin, The stanchion was straight. The chrome was peeling off which cut the fork seals. Never seen this before. Bike has no recorded damage. A definate manufacture fault.
