Always loved these but a bit too much money for me http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-NR-750-/261251878254?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item3cd3d34d6e
Fastline have a reputation for charging over the odds, but to be fair, the bikes always look awesome in the pics. NR's are a rare bike but from what I remember imo, more of a show piece than something that you actually want/need to ride......That's an expensive trophy!
There are three on there I think. Collectors job but I dont see a collector buying one at that as I cant see it appreciating much if at all. Still nice.
they look so dated now though dont they...? a piece of motorcycling history, but unfortunately also something of a white elephant.
yes, when i saw the bit that says "will tax and test for the winner" I thought is he havvvin a laugh lol. I would lock that away in a very secure room lol
I was nearly the 1st person to drop one of those. I was at the NEC bikeshow and it was on a raised rotary pedestal, highlight of the show. While security was away I climbed up on the stand and posed on the bike while my mate took a pic. The bike wasn't very steady and did a bit of a wobble as I got off it quick. I was wearing a Ducati sweatshirt at the time, still got the pic somewhere.
Nothing could make a multi attractive, fact. That is a bike that fell off the highest branch on the ugly tree......
If its not yet registered why will it need MOTing? Wouldn't it be a 63 plate? That's it, my cheque book is going back in my pocket. The deals off!
The bike was just a showcase.....but clever design bits on it. Hugely inflated price, but then again, so will this new V4 Honda thats being launched in Nov.
