The other horsey mention is of course Glids famous smuggling trips over the Swiss/Franco border- high in the remotest alpine passes whereby he creeps across into france ( on open termis) and smuggles back prime french Entrecôte, for his bbq. i ask you, french entrecôte- when have you ever heard of the french issuing prime french beef entrecôte- its fetlock Glid, fetlock i tell you.... Clueless, have a nice time. i have never really got to grips with horse racing as an entertainment- probably scarred by too many episodes of Grandstand, on a wet saturday afternoon in front of the tv- but enjoy yourself. and if you win big, remember your friend who replied to your post - 60/40 ok?
