1199 How Many Miles Over First Service ?

  1. Can I go? Done 520 and got 2 weeks until it's first service. Is it gonna cause a problem?

  2. was told 900 will be ok, mines due ist year sevice 3 weeks ago booked in nxt week told not a problem,

  4. I'll prob only do another 200 so not that far over than. I'll keep to 6k revs still though.

  5. its the date james or whatever comes first, ive got to get it done to keep warranty in force, its got 5,5k miles but its 1 year old,

  6. I couldn't get the service done at the miles as the dealership booked up four weeks in advance and I had a weekend away booked, it finally got serviced with 1356 miles.

  7. I think the bike melts if it's not serviced exactly on 630 miles. I read it on the internetz. :)

  9. was a bit over on my first service as was in holland
    dealer just told me to keep an eye on the oil level

  10. Thought 1st service 7500. , second 15000 or yearly whichever comes first ?

  12. yeh that's the same as every bike just to dump the running in oil then its as above,
