Southpark is about ten minutes drive from Breckenridge. There used to be a bar there called Shamus O'Tooles Roadhouse Saloon. All the bike guys hung out there, just like that. There was a Hells Angels headstone outside comemorating the death of one of their buddies. Eric -as in Eric Cartman- just so happens to be a very well known guy who owns another restaurant "Erics", where the writers of Soutpark ate often before the program was launched. The character is loosely based on Erics attitude in a funny way, but looks just like a bartender/ doorman who worked for him. There was a local we all knew called Kenny too, who mostly worn an anorak -though it was purple not orange. Everyone knew him, he was always out at night drinking hard, but never spoke a word. I never really knew his story though there were a lot of rumors.
