Hi, I'm new here I recently bought a beautiful Ducati 1098R - 2008. The bike was sold in Sweden with only mufflers (10 years ago). Now I would like to buy a Full Racing Exhaust D. 70 mm with ref nr 96119608B (Ducati parts No). But now I have heard I will need some kind of a "connector part" (adapter) between the muffler which has a smaller ø than 70 mm. Now I wonder if anyone had this problem? Do you know where I can buy these parts? I would be very happy if someone could help to find a solution as I am a little concerned about this. Many thanks in advance! Hi Anders, Welcome to the forum! Good to hear you have a 1098R....we need to see pictures though! Not much help but I would assume that you need the correct mufflers to suit the 70mm header pipes. I haven’t heard of a different connector that will allow the standard mufflers to fit with the full system. You also need the race ecu.

Welcome great bike! As above you will need the full system and ECU to suit or remap of your current ECU
