  1. As above - anyone got one? they can send me?

  2. i bought one on a disc which didnt work but they later sent me this link...file:///C:/Users/trusty/Downloads/1100-1100S_Hypermotard_UK/1100-1100S%20Hypermotard_english/main.html

give that a go it works for me.

  3. Thanks but I think that's a link in your local c drive on your machine....

  4. oh yeah, i'll have a look for the disc.
    apologies

  5. Cheers - the reason is, as in another thread....ive dropped a screw in the fuel tank (don't ask) and wondered from the manual I scan see where it will end up so I can make an educated guess (with a magnet) on retrieving it...

  6. How would I send a compressed file? Email? I'll try and find the link where I had mine will be easier

  7. Comfy, I have a disc I can post to you.... Let me know if you want it mate

  8. how big is the disc....can you zip it up??

  9. it's 140mb compressed, I don't know if the program will run without the disc.....
You can only run it on windows too and I have a mac so can't test it.
I am uploading it to dropbox atm and will send you through the link to download it once done mate

  10. Brilliant - you might have to make an "iso" of the disc rather than just copying it but we'll see what happens....cheers.

  11. parts and owners manuals are available from the Ducati website....

  12. Only an idiot would drop a screw in their fuel tank... :Angelic:

It'll end up at the very bottom/rear of the tank where the fuel pump is - just in above/in front of the rear shock. You can remove the pump cover and gain access to the pump, then unbolt the pump. Remember that all the fuel will be down there too, so either drain your tank first or remove it and tip it up, which is a very time consuming job!

The fuel filter is part of the pump assembly so you might be better off waiting until it has a service and needs a fuel filter change and tell the mechanic to retrieve it when it's all apart.

You won't be able to put a magnetonnastick in due to the curve. A magnetonnastring might work but again you'd probably need to tip the tank up to get it to drop into the right place.

Don't ask me how I know, I just do, ok? ;)

  13. Well, based on that ill get a filter on order along with a seal. Thanks very much for the, quite frankly, detailed description of how to get the fuel pump out!

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  14. Just ordered the filter. Thanks very muvh for the info. Much appreciated.

  15. Hi Comfy - sounds like you've solved your need for a manual and may have one sorted but I have an original of the works manual on disk that I could duplicate or perhaps drop off for you to do the same as I think you are in my neck of the woods (I live in Bath and work in Brisl)

  16. Hi - there - yep - ive got one....I take it you come up the Bath Road into Bristol - I go out that way - never seen you..! I live about a mile away from Riders...

  17. I do indeed - especially when I go to riders although to be honest you won't see me unless the sun is shining and the roads are warm!

  18. Same for me to be honest....im in the car at the moment (have been for the last 2 months or so) and I think for the next 2 months as well, although I did ironically do the Fowlers, Riders run on Saturday, just to get out on it to turn the engine over....although ill be out on it next weekend I think as im champing at the bit waiting for some race headers to turn up so I can see how it goes with those on there...!

  19. I'd be tempted to get out on a sunny winters day myself but not with the supercorsas so may go for a change once they are shot. That said I need to take a trip to louigi to get the slipper fitted and get it tuned in the rollers which I'd like to do before the season proper starts. I'm sure you'll love the race headers but take it steady what with the cold tarmac and rusty riding skills this time of year
