  1. Do the 1100s and the evo sp both have the upgraded brakes and suspensions

  2. Thanks, its a bit confusing what model this bike is. 14cb18a7b62c4c09a3b1e880fbb4d5b1.jpg

  3. Looks like black bodied Marzocchis, which I think were fitted to the 1100 EVO SP but I’m not that familiar with the Hypermotard. Andy

  4. I’m not sure it is an sp or an s as it does not have the monoblok brake, I guess it is an evo. Is the 1100evo better than the earlier 1100s

  5. Can't help you on this, but the Hypers are cracking bikes!

  6. Thats i think is an 1100 evo...you cant see them but the clocks usually give it away...in fact zooming in on the rear side panel it looks to be an evo....

  7. Yes but the evo sp has the newer engine type...small changes but newer all the same...

  8. That looks a tidy bike sp or not.

  9. Is does look clean, it was advertised as 1100s but it is an 1100evo. So doesn't have the Ohlins shock and upgraded brakes and forks etc. Might go and take a look after lockdown. Or there are a few 821sp low mileage at dealers.

  10. There's grom & the other one is hoodlum as far as I can tell. Hope this helps without reading the threads contents.

  11. The s version has the Ohlins shock, forged wheels, monoblocks and carbon over the std. model but, IIRC, both had the same 50mm Marzocchi forks. The Evo versions lost the twin spark, came with a different ECU (Siemens?) and are a few kg lighter due to improved engine castings. I believe that the SP version also has different (taller!) suspension. I'd take an 1100s over an Evo - original is always best!
