Hi I want to change the tyres on my newly acquired hypermotard I have no experience with the hypermotard but having ridden sports bikes for ages I want some grippy buggers and having a fairly heavy wrist I need some advice.. Any suggestions appreciated.....
Supercorsa BSB's will last you all but 5 mins, however, stupidly grippy. But soft as hell, so the torque will just rip through them. My new faves are the Diable Rosso Corsa's. Dual compound so you can twist the throttle all you want and it won't burn the rubber anywhere near as fast but still have the same compound as the BSB's on the edge, so just as sticky! Amazing tyres.
Maybe try your favourite grippy buggers from the sports bikes youve been riding for ages with weighty wrist? Its still 2 wheels and an engine.....
