Ducati eventually got back to me after a month waiting about the monster with the following amazing information…it’s a red 1993 monster . If anyone could possibly help get a more accurate date for the production that would be amazing
That’s a surprise, when I asked Ducati about my 998 they provided really detailed information, it even included the production run figures. They were really helpful to be fair. Perhaps you were unlucky and got mr happy doing your search
you're comparing 2002, Texas Pacific ownership when Ducati was a strong and modern company with 1993 when they were Cagiva owned and in real danger of going under. To put it in perspective, the start of the Internet era in 93 compared to there being over 500 million folks connected online in 2002. So paper records to computers, hence the ease of acquiring the data for your 998
