I have had trouble with my laptop and cannot get iTunes or in fact download anything from Apple even the new Apple music thing. I am a lot of a Neanderthal with computers. I bought the wife an iPod nano for her birthday and wanted to load some music on it. Google has not been my friend. I have tried downloading other sites that manage I tunes and that's failed I think it's my computer. Anybody else had trouble with I tunes When I click on the iTunes download it says website can't be found
Have you managed to load it on computer? :: Unsupported Browser Error Page :: Despite them saying on the phone and it will cost you a one-time £25 voucher if you continue through the procedure it actually doesn't cost you anything
Nothing happens when I plug it in and I cannot download I tunes onto the computer. Tried all sorts of fiddles going to give the laptop to an expert
The link in post #2 does work and is your best choice if you do it via a phone number, they will even access your laptop remotely if necessary to fix the problem
I think I have cracked it. Spent last night googling on the I pad and following various peoples instructions. I have cleaned up and speeded up the computer no end but could not get on I tunes so went to bed. Just started again.
