  4. They boshed him then!

  5. 4 years! That’s a message to all others.

  6. Wasn’t it something that wouldn’t even assist him in his line of work?

be fucked if they tested anyone in the U.K. race paddocks. Night before a race meeting everyone’s getting wankered and smoking joints. It’s all I could ever smell of an evening - no joke

Couple of years back a friend of mine was so smashed he was throwing up through his helmet visor gap before going out.

Not good. Stuck it on pole though haha

  7. We had to carry a BMW driver to the car in pit lane at Zandvort came back to the circuit the night before pi55ed out of his head in the van cut the padlock off the gate with a welding torch. Think he came 2nd but could get on the podium. Oh how I loved the 90s

  8. Terrible shame, his carreer basically over

  9. Some sports people do bounce back from a misdemeanor, for example David Miller the professional cyclist was caught cheating and made a successful return.

  10. He did forever tainted by it, even though he was very remorseful and became an advocate for a cleaner sport.

  13. I thought he was good value, a pretty talented rider and some of his interviews were epic!

IMHO he would fit seamlessly into the BT sport moto GP talking heads team.

    Mr Bimble.

  15. He was originally given 18 months ,he maybe then would have had a chance of coming back ,but as he tried to bullshit them ,4 years .

  16. 4 years is the mandatory suspension for intentionally taking a banned substance. The initial FIM ban of 18 months was consistent with a ban of up to a maximum of 2 years for unintentional taking a banned substance. At this latest appeal, Ianonne was deemed not to have been able to establish to a sufficient standard that it was unintentional so the punishment was revised. Guilty if you can’t prove you are innocent. Andy

  17. I don't think I ever raced without at least a small hangover!

  18. What if he took anabolic steroids accidentally? It’s easily done.... falling on hyperdermic needles. Happens all the time....
